Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose your preferred return carrier and download your prepaid shipping label or QR code for a contact-free drop-off.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items back in their original packaging, ensuring all Oh Polly tags and security ribbons remain intact and untampered with.

  Drop Off & Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
