How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey via our carrier's website.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 21-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and hygiene seals still attached to be eligible for a refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
How do I know which size to choose?
We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide located on each product page. Our garments are designed to be true to size, but if you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for the best fit.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer Buy Now, Pay Later options such as Klarna and Afterpay, as well as PayPal.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders almost immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes or cancellations. You can, however, return the items once they arrive.
